CALL FOR TRUSTEES FOR CRYSTAL PALACE OVERGROUND FESTIVAL
The Crystal Palace Overground Festival is an annual gateway to the arts and culture in Crystal Palace London.
Crystal Palace Overground Festival is a volunteer-led community organisation based in Crystal Palace
The festival team currently deliver an annual five-day music and arts festival, as well as festival fundraisers throughout the year, with the next one curated by analogue synth knights, Metamono, at Anerley Town Hall on Friday, March 18.
Noreen Meehan, Crystal Palace Overground Festival Director, said: “Over 10,000 people attended last year’s festival, 6000 of whom attended the main outdoor park event at Westow Park.
“It’s been a tremendous success and now we’re looking for three more trustees to help take the festival to the next level by creating a sustainable organisation that will be around in many years to come.
“We want to continue to provide activities and events that are fun and relevant to our community and to make Crystal Palace a fantastic place to live.
Do you have the skills and experience to help drive the festival forward and grow the organisation? The festival team need people with leadership or senior management experience and skills in the following areas:
• Strategic planning
• Business development
• Fundraising
• Medium to large event management.

About the Crystal Palace Overground Festival
The Crystal Palace Overground Festival is a free family-friendly music and arts festival run by a team of dedicated volunteers.
It was launched in 2006 by the Upper Norwood Triangle traders and has gone from strength to strength with over 10,000 people attending last year’s event.
The festival provides a platform for the many creative and diverse people, musicians, traders and artists of Crystal Palace, and showcases Crystal Palace, its people and all it has to offer to visitors from across London, and beyond!.
