CHURCH ROAD PLANS
Planning permission to rebuild part of the former tractor factory shop on Church Road has been granted by Bromley council.
A new application for the garage site at Alma Place off Church Road has been submitted to Bromley council – and plans to build houses on the green space on the corner of Fox Hill and Church Road have been submitted to Croydon council.
The approved plans for 69 to 71 Church Road involve the demolition of the existing retail and rear residential units, and the building of a new taller infill structure reinstating the existing shop and rear residential unit, whilst introducing a new part four, part three, storey residential block incorporating seven x self-contained flats, accommodating two x three bedroom, three x one bedroom and two x two bedroom flats with internal and external alterations and demolitions.
The latest application for Alan Hills Motors Alma Place Anerley London SE19 2TB is for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of three dwellings, commercial floorspace, private and communal amenity areas, car parking, refuse and bicycle storage.
Plans to build on land between 135 Church Road (corner of Fox Hill) and 181 Church Road (pink house) Upper Norwood London SE19 2PR: The proposals are to build one three bedroom and one four bedroom detached houses. Alterations to vehicular access and erection of detached garages.
