NEW PLANS UNVEILED FOR GRAPE AND GRAIN (but its farewell to the Tipsy garden)
New plans for the Grape and Grain pub at the top of Anerley Hill have been submitted to Bromley council for consideration.
The latest application is for the erection of first floor side and rear extension incorporating first floor terrace fronting Anerley Hill; two storey side extension with second floor roof terrace fronting Church Road; and associated internal alterations.
The latest plans would see the disappearance of the ‘Tipsy garden’ to the right hand side of the existing pub building.
